Although the esemail.net service is very robust and reliable users can be reassured that we operate a UK based helpdesk to assist with any initial setup or ongoing operational technical problems that may occur from time to time.
In addition to telephone support we use advanced Remote Access technology to easily enable the service making deployment a quick and easy task for both experienced IT staff or those who consider IT a black art.

You should then 'unzip' the package to extract all files and run setup.exe to install the sofware. This software should only be installed on a PC or Server according to our setup guide and should NEVER be installed on a Microsoft Exchange or Small Business Server.
